This classic World War II poster, a 1962 Australian Daybill, arrived to me from a collector in Australia in very good shape.
It received a bath including: deacidification, spot bleaching, buffering to protect the paper from future acids, and was then mounted to acid-free Japanese Masa paper & cotton canvas using a wheat starch adhesive. It received no restoration prior to removal from the frame. It turned out wonderful! And is ready for framing & display!
